Please take a minute to read the short report linked below about the growing chasm between the pay for CEOs and the average worker. Wealth transfer like this does not happen in a vacuum. It is the direct result of the ways in which laws and regulations structure the economy. Without balance, wealth and power accumulates in the hands of a very few, which is not good for the economy, the community, or democracy. Power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely.
